At Quark, we offer you the opportunity to live an extraordinary experience along the splendid coasts of Eastern Sicily, including the enchanting island of Ortigia in Syracuse and the wonderful bay of Aci Castello in Catania.

Excursion to the Sup

Explore breathtaking coastlines and secret corners on Sup with the guidance of our collaborators. A unique adventure that will make you feel in harmony with nature!
Sup Lesson

The lesson consists of a practical and theoretical explanation of the Sup, followed by a guided rental, with various appointments, the lessons involve increasing practicality with the Sup.
Yoga Paddle

The Yoga Paddle consists of a short SUP lesson, to immediately gain balance, followed by small yoga lessons on the SUP, usually carried out at dawn or sunset.
Rental Sup

The SUP rental includes a short theoretical lesson, in order to acquire the basic knowledge that will allow you to test yourself and start enjoying this experience.
